I have a condo in View Talay 3 Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, Thailand. I'd like to either sell or rent.

It's a studio condominium on the 17th floor with great views over Jomtien Bay.

It has full marble and granite floors, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, microwave, dressers, couches, a king size bed, built in kitchen cabinets with built in sink.

I am looking for someone to rent on a long term basis.Or maybe on a monthly term.

Rental cost would be 20,000 bht per month. If someone wants to buy it I'm asking 3.3

When I came down to Jomtien to look for my own condo I used to stay in View Talay2.This was a good location to begin my search of the Jomtien area. View Talay 2, for those who don't know is on the left as you drop down the hill coming from Pattaya into Jomtien itself. Close to the Baht bus route and an easy walk down through the bars and restaurants of Jomtien Complex to the beach.

The main reason I chose View Talay 2 was the value for money factor. For the same price as a downtown room in Pattaya I could have a little more space and all the conveniences of a well kitted out condo like DVD, microwave etc.

I found the balcony a little pokey and odd shaped but big enough to sit outside for my morning coffee and cigarette.

The Pool area at VT2 is excellent and considering how many residents live there full time, never packed with unruly kids apart from the odd unruly adult.

There are many fine real estate agents in Pattaya or real estate agencies in Jomtien who are more than willing to put your property on their books. There are also a few dodgy ones and the number is certainly set to inrease in the coming months and years.
